By accessing or using Refermich ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Refermich is a platform that connects job seekers with employees who can provide referrals to job opportunities at their companies. We facilitate the connection but do not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Post false or misleading job information
  • Provide fraudulent referrals or verification
  • Harass, spam, or abuse other users
  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to manipulate the badge system
  • Create fake accounts or impersonate others

5. Referrals and Payments

  • Referral bonuses are paid according to the terms specified in each job listing
  • Payment is processed after hire verification is complete
  • Refermich may charge a service fee on successful placements
  • Fraudulent claims may result in account termination and legal action

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are owned by Refermich or licensed to us. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find employment or that referrals will be successful.

8. Limitation of Liability

Refermich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
